28-30 High Street, Wanstead

The site is located off Wanstead High Street and measures c. 0.3ha in area. The site previously comprised of a pair of semi-detached houses and ancillary buildings before they were demolished in the 1960s.

The site currently comprises overgrown scrubland fenced by wire mesh and concrete posts. Mature trees and hedgerows bound the site on all sides. The site is not publicly accessible. Vehicular access is achieved from the High Street via a dropped kerb.
